[Crash] World editor not opening

I just noticed this recently and am not sure what I could have changed to cause this:

When I launch world editor, nothing will display. My cursor will be restricted to a small invisible box / boundary on the screen for a few seconds. Task manager will show that the worldedit.exe program is running for a few seconds too, but then it disappears from the list.

Anyone else experience this? Is there a way to re-install the latest world editor without having to reinstall wc3? (This would be very inconvenient since I don't have my CD with me..)

My cursor is also restricted upon opening WE, for just a few seconds. Everything runs smooth though.

If you have the CD-Keys, you can just reinstall it on Blizzard's website store. Maybe you can try downloading Jass NewGen and see if it changes anything, I doubt it though.
