Workshop for Dota 2 assets, maps, etc?

With the advent of the Dota 2 Workshop Tools kit, are there any places out there that offer a platform for uploading and sharing of assets like models, icons, animations, etc, or sharing maps?

I sort of expected to see Hive maybe doing so, but I'm not spotting it here at a glance at least.

Well you can upload it directly to the official Steam DotA 2 Workshop.

I guess it does not make much sense to upload anywhere else, except maybe for resource packs or work in progress?

The official Dota 2 workshop is a tad awkward for it though; items appear to be unavailable for download, and custom maps doesn't really strike me as a good means for sharing your icons/model/non-map work.
