HappyTauren: Well made model edit, though UV could use some work at some places. However, I would also suggest adding an "alternate" animation which shows some particles coming out of the chimney. Anyway, rated 4.

open the model up in Magos and then go to sequence manager. Right click and go to "New". Change the name to stand and set it to 100 to 1000 in the two parts near the middle of the box. There, you now made an animation.

Really cool model which reminds me of Heroes of Might and Magic. However, the selection box seems to be a bit hard to select. Animations don't do anything and there is no team color support or a matching icon. For example, the "Stand Work" animation could produce some smoke and glow from the window.

Damn, I imported this model to my campaign, seeing it has death animation I used it as a unit. Only after destroying it in game I realized that death animation does nothing. So my advice is to either remove those animations or make them. Apart from that, cool model.
