Orc Hut (Model)

The shape is good but I'd reverse the textures on the tasks (and maybe rework normals?) so that they are not that dark on their "rib" part that is meant to have more highlight as it's turned towards the light rource, and have their dark parts closer to that cloth material. You might also want to check the Death and Decay animations as they don't act like in normal buildings, especially Decay 👌

what do you mean not act like a normal building? How it must act?

Honestly i like the realistic death and decay, it's the only building that i've seen that doesnt poof out of existence and leaves only smoke behind, but actual ruins like in this case tusks.
 
I like its aesthetics, but it has a selection issue. Can't be selected in the Editor or in games without dragging a selection box.
I can confirm that on the newest version of the game and on PTR as well.
Not possible. it has a collision shape and calculated extents.
Fully possible.
Your collision sphere does not cut it. You have to use a box-type collision shape. Make sure to et the maximum and minimum extend correctly though.
