Greetings!
I built this watch tower many times, and everything worked just fine, but in this game, that tower refuse to attack after upgrade from basic watch tower to Toxic tower (upgrades to).
That tower was the only one upgraded in that replay.

Also, it has only:
1. Charge Gold and Lumber Ability (he never used that ability in this replay)
2. Envenomed Weapons - just for slow + damage / attacks (passive) (he never attacked because of that bug)
3. Taunt (he never used that ability in the replay)

That bug never appeared again, and I wonder why that happened there?
I tried to recreate the bug, but without success..

Any good information will be appreciated!
I want to prevent this bug in the future.
I tried to ask that player if he could control that tower, but he left the game without an answer.

One or more of your triggers are messing with it. Or it's an unheard of/rare Warcraft 3 bug - but I doubt that.

Possible issues:
It's Paused (triggers), it's disarmed (via Cargo Hold for example), it's Attack/Weapon is disabled (triggers/abilities), it's issuing other Orders rapidly (triggers).

A trigger to potentially fix the issue:
  • Events
    • Unit - A unit Finishes an upgrade
  • Conditions
    • ((Triggering unit) is a Structure) Equal to True
    • // Any other important filters
  • Actions
    • Unit - Order (Triggering unit) to Stop
A 1 frame delay might be necessary if the Stop happens too early. (A 0.00 second Timer is effectively a 1 frame delay)

But ideally you'd look through your triggers and try to find the culprit(s) related to this.
