Why aren't we using UTC instead of timezone time?

OG, i am talking about saying "It is 11:30" instead of "13:30". Why don't we ALL adapt to that clock.

I can imagine it being very confusing for one time to mean a significantly different light level in a different country. You'd have to keep track of what zone everything is and do mental calcs and shit... Of course it's also harder to coordinate things between countries, but that does usually solve itself, as you can pick one standard time to align yourself to for that specific appointment (do note that some people may come late/early to raids in WoW due to all of this, though...)

Because we associate certain times with certain phases of day, I think that's obvious.
