Do you actually turn off your computer when you go to sleep?

Use sleep mode instead, that way every program is still running on minimal capacity but progress is still saved ^^
I don't know about others, but this also makes the computer just as silent as if it was completely off.

OT: waking up to Christmas would be the best I suppose.
