No, no.. you just don't get it. I guess it's more of a Tribal Wars term, but anyway, a SimCity player, in an RTS, builds bases and masses resources, while not building many troops. You described your "pro" opponent as a SimCity player, thus it would be a disgrace not to defeat him.
