What is the tool that minimize the file size and blocks the map?

I want two tools.
My map have 48,2 mb of File Size, yes, it's crazy. What is the tool for minimize this file size?

And the second tool, is the tool that blocks the map and nobody can edit it.

You can use Vexorian's map optimizer (link) to reduce the file size a bit. It removes some editor-specific files, so it becomes a little more difficult for people to edit your map.

For further protection, some people will use a tool called Spazzler.

But if your map is 48.2 MB, then it will be tough to get it below 8 MB if you want multiplayer. You'll have to remove/compress imports a ton to get it below that margin.
