The tiles are quite repetetive and montonous. Yet I have to acknowledge this mix is quite interesting, could definitely look well with some practice and some hard work.

Mainly you need to improve the tiles, like fladdermasken said.
But also you should think of doing something with the rocks, they do not look well placed right now. THose are the two main things, that will help you to put this terrain up a level!

Maybe add holes to that path tile or maybe shrink it a bit... and use some more tiles...

Rocks looking boring. Most models need to be scaled and tinted more proper to fit surroundings.
