Terrain kinda sucks, but Its more about the gameplay

i had a quick look on it and it looks good but i really can't say more

Theoden can summon rohan riders and they last forever, so he can stock them everytime his cd is up

if it's made on purpose to balance the game, then no, if not, then yes ^^
I don't know if you wanted to make free rohan riders everytime you use this spell.
Also I can't say more about balance because I sux at these kind of games where you must control an army with a lot of differents units with differents abilities.

But it looked interesting, I hope someone will answer you.
