I guess you'll have to try and delete / re-import the system or both systems. Not sure why it'd happen, not too sure what Arcing Text Tag has for requirements.Still doesn't work...

I solved it now. I didn't have the system for Arcing Text Tag imported at all and that's why I got this error.
