What are these weird keywords?

i have been searching and travelling in the website this days and i saw some words underlined w/c is weird like there are links put there.
And i clicked it.

That is an adware, Misha also reported it yesterday. Run a anti-spyware program at full potent, if that doesn't help; then the ads on the site are breaking their own rules and we need to change ad provider again.
