Weird rating bug - changes previous number

So, I've seen something that I thought it was me not paying attention and I tried to reproduce it on other resources:

As you can see the number of users who rated changed to 11 from 15 after I rated.
Now, I don't know if I rated this one before or not because we don't have such a feature as with likes.
I think the issue might lie with resources which have multiple authors.

Ralle had deleted some ratings when some models were vadilised with various 1-star rating from multi-accounts of a very angry user.
The ratingx only updates when a new rating is applied.
( Am I correct on that, @Ralle ?)
