Weather for an player

I have started with map, that uses advanced weather system created by me.
But i want to get only one player with weather effects with sky,fog and everything other. Is here a script that can help me?
Because i use an fog and sky, and when unit enters in an region, weather is changed for every player, but i want it to only change for entering unit.

Thanks. But first of i need to convert weather in to jass than copy that code an paste it after ''then'' in that script?

No, you don't even have to convert it to JASS. Just put your weather enabling action from GUI in there.
