[JASS] WE doesnt like Librarys and stuff

Well, when I try and make a trigger like:

library stuff
function new takes nothing returns nothing
endfunction
endlibrary

it comes up with:


Somebody please help, I want to be able to make good use of all the JNGP's features.

Make sure you check enable jasshelper under the jasshelper tab and check disable WE syntax checker under grimoire.

Sry, I prolly sound like a noob right now, but how do I disable WE's normal syntax checker?

Like I said, go under the grimoire tab. Theres an option called disable WE syntax checker. Check it.

Make sure Jasshelper has enabled ticked (turned on). Also the first 2 options under extension have to be enabled (ticked) and the settings will match the ones I use perfectly. The version I use does not have RTC, it may be related to that. Finally it may be firewall related, make sure it has full permission.

Don't use TESH's syntax check button either, in order to compile vJASS, you must save the map.

You probably have an unclosed scope/library/struct/function somewhere.

TriggerHappy187 covers it all,, I had that problem also at first, it even gave errors at GUI>JASS converted triggers,, But i thought i had to click 'Syntax Check' button.
That button doesnt work, and i dont even know why they added it.
In order to check for errors/mistakes for REAL, you have to save the map.
