ATTENTION ALL PEOPLE WITH TEH PROBLEM ABOUT A FILE MISSING OR INVAILD: I have found a way to run this program with out the error of a file being missing. Simply download it from here and put the files in a new folder (i.e. Folder1), then go here

Scroll down to the very bottom and download their Image Extractor II and put their files in a different folder(i.e. Folder2). Now copy the file
'Comdlg32.ocx'
from Folder1. Paste the file into Folder2 and then run Image Extractor II in Folder2.
