I need help about VertexModify i asked a m8 and he told me make a thread on hivewor

this is what it says when i open the program i haved tryed install runfiles etc and what ever exactually what does this means...

In english it means system error &H8007007E (-2147024770). cant find the correct module.

Any one having same problem or what can i do to fix it.
Because i realy need this program to work.

How stupid is it to start a program out on an rar. archive ? You have to extract the files somewhere.

Extract and open the extracted file, not the one in the rar.

Then you just screwed up at reading and following the tut on vertex modifier.

you have to have your numbers set to use . instead of , for decimals. maybe thats it.
