Help with VertexModify

I can't seem to open this program. I downloaded and unzipped it, but when I try to open it I get the following error message:

"Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

I've browsed around on the Internet for solutions to this and everyone says the same: download the COMDLG32.OCX file and place it in C:\Windows\System. I did this, and it does nothing. VertexModify still gives me the same error message when I try to open it.

I have Windows Vista, if that makes a difference.

Help, please?
