This programm is written with Visual Basic .Net and i think you need an update to run programms which are written with it. Im not sure if this is the right update but you should try it :

Its nice but not excellent. Tools are supposed to mean a lot more than this. Check the Warcraft 3 Viewer or any other advanced tools to get what I mean. I find this worth a 3/5. Besides, it needs some stuff to be downloaded so it works.

well its not hard to calculate but i do get confuse sometimes
number of dice + damage base = mini damage
number of dice * side per die + damage base = max damage (by the way this sigh * means times)
