I made this to represent real elemental monster, not some water blob. It is not supposed to be streamlined conjured elemental but someting wild, raw and powerfull. This is also supposed to be meele attacker.

this model itself has the same number of animation and the same base model of an already existing one.
try adding some animations like:
ad different death a new attack anim. etc
Edit:it is based on the sludge monster and you have changed some tentacles

Do you have any idea how much time does it take to animate tentacle(s) with free programs ?

This is very useful for hydromancer fans like myself, but I noticed it leaves purple blood on the ground when it dies. That is something you should fix.
