Warden + NewGen?

Warden could pick up anything in your background and think it's a threat. Warden is still a mystery to most. So yes it is possible. Just turn it off while you play ladder games and problem is solved.
 
There is no reason to run a map editor while playing a melee ladder game.
Thus I advise you do not, although it should be 100% harmless as WE is a SEPARATE program that does not interfear with the memory of WC3 and thus should not trigger warden.

Warden only triggers when it detects some unauthorized process (non blizzard designed process) manipulating WC3's memory.
