Eh, hiveworkshop normally encourages map makers to not make alterations of existing maps, but rather make something from scratch/zero.

If you look at the campaign section's substandard section, Maps | HIVE , you will find it is filled with edits of the blizzard campaigns.

Even on the first page, you can see two other Reign of Chaos Human campaign edits:
The Scourge of Lordaeron (loktar's edit)
2P Campaign: Human Enhanced

This is not meant to discourage you, just trying to emphasise that the moderators are far more likely to favour original pieces of work.

I would be perfectly ok with an entire upgrade of the original warcraft campaigns. They're outdated and too easy by today's standards, especially with all these new polished, incredible campaigns.
I think banning someone for enhancing the original campaigns isn't an appropriate reaction to something you dislike lol.

Whether or not a map is based on a previous Blizzard campaign or not, doesn't mean it should be banned. Let's also remember there are numerous original maps on hiveworkshop that are very forgettable and never get attention anyway from moderators. Originality is not guarantee of quality nor should all maps based on Blizzard maps be bastardized simply because there's a high amount of them.

Whether a map is forgettable or gets attention is not relevant--- the point is there is a uniqueness requirement for map submissions (3).

Well the best campaign I played was a remake of the origainal w3 campaigns.
I can understand that when you know the whole story it can be boring, but the creativity of the gameplay and the maps is already interesting in itself.
Finally I will join my voice to the others above: Ban someone for remaking a campaign is really stupid. It kills creativity which is against the mind of the Hive.

Had a quick run, and I can barely discern new contents in the first few levels.

1. The new axeman guy uses icon same as a footman, and archer uses the female icon? excuse me?
2. Apart from that, there's zero difference I can spot at the first level. Can't say this is 'evolved'.
3. The second chapter only has model differences for many units, but when it comes to gameplay, there's barely anything new out there. Oh, do you mean that fire pit which gives some food to Uther?
4. Stopped at third. Kind of disappointed already, and given how many other people already run the original, this is nothing as 'evolved' as it claims from the get-go.
5. If you want to serve the bigger changes in later chapters, you need to make smaller changes more noticeable in earlier ones.

I apologize if that is blunt. But this needs major rework to be on par with the one in the database (excluding The_Spoon which is 9 years old ago work), especially the one by @teozamait.

I know right i mean just the existence of @teozamait and his campaign is why im at a loss to why people keep remaking RoC Human. Atleast do one of the other 6 if youre dead set on rehashing blizzard campaigns.

His campaign is the definition of enhanced and honestly a completely new experience. Everything else has been not even hitting 5% of the mark he did.

We have had what 6 or more Human campaign Enhanced submissions since then. Peter enhancement junk mail is more relevant than the inevitable 7th, 8th, 9th Humancampaign enhanced that i know someone will submit in the near future.
