Warcraft: 2nd War RPG - idea

This is an idea I've had for some time. A teambased RPG with dungeons and skirmishes based entirely (but not strictly) on Warcraft 2 lore. Basically, this will liken it to how WoW was first sold back in 2004 - getting to play the universe you loved in RTS, now in RPG-form and 3d.

Basic Features:
-1-22 players.

-save/load

-teambased gameplay from the Alliance point of view.

-Entire continent of Eastern Kingdoms, Kul Tiras, other nearby islands and Tomb of Sargeras available.

-Different playable races with race traits (otherwise identical): Human, High Elf, Dwarf and, with certain quests/challenges completed: orc, forest troll.

-Different classes: Warrior, Ranger, Paladin/Shaman*, Mage, Sapper.

*Identical except for name and lore - orcs and trolls cannot become paladins and so become shaman instead.

-Item attachments on hero.

-Game progression is based on hero level 1-60, a "rank" system (i.e. rewards gained through completion of main story quests) similar to the ranks you achieve in Warcraft 2 campaign (i.e. Footman/Lieteunant/Marshal/etc.) and items.

-Music and Mission briefing sound from Warcraft 2.

Zones:
Tirisfal/Silverpine: Levels 1-20

Hillsbrad/Gilneas/Tol Barad/Wetlands: Levels 20-40

Dun Morogh, Quel'Thalas, Loch Modan, and all other non-mentioned zones: Levels 40-60

Alterac Mountains: Levels 50-60

Caer Darrow/Tomb of Sargeras/Blackrock Spire/Dark Portal: 60 only.

Gameplay:
In short, gameplay has 4 elements:

Adventuring/levelling: Here you talk to NPCs, do their chores as in any RPG. These require low-mid effort and can even include some minibosses.

Missions: Talk to a general in any given area: be teleported to an instanced dungeon. For instance, Hillsbrad has several missions, 1st one will be at Tarren Mill where you are sent to rescue the "mysterious elves of Silvermoon" that have been captured by the Horde. Missions are teamplay based challenges with great rewards for their level and obviously the most challenging Mission is at the Dark Portal. A high level player can join lower levelled missions, but will then have his hero frozen outside the instance as he works as a "general" controlling foot soldiers next to the other players in the instance. These are the usual Footmen, archer, knight/paladin, mage, demolition squad from WC2. A mission can also be to simply defend an area until the timer runs out.

Skirmishes/sea battles:
These are open world battlefields where the player can be rewarded for destroying X number of Oil refineries/farms either on land or - in some cases - while controlling an Elven Destroyer along waves of AI units on each side.

Boosting/crafting:
playing low level areas for helping your friends pays off as a high lvl, this is - from a lore perspective - due to the relative peace of those areas, meaning they are the primary industrial sites for the Alliance. Doing low level areas will give your lowbie friends the usual rewards such as levelup while you will get blacksmithing scraps that can be exhanged to a blacksmith in a city and in exhange receive an improvement to any item you have be it lvl 1 or lvl 60 by a little damage/armor/mana etc..

Missions & Skirmishes:

Hillsbrad:
Ambush at Tarren Mill (Rescue the Elven Archers and destroy the Horde Prison)

Attack on Zul'Dare (Defeat the Horde base at Zul'Dare and kill the Orc Warlord).

Southshore
(Destroy Horde Oil refineries due south of Southshore)

Wetlands:
Dun Algaz (Destroy the Horde base and defeat the Ogre Chief)

Tol Barad (Destroy Horde Oil Refineries and Transport Ships)

Dun Morogh, Quel'Thalas, Loch Modan:
Defend Ironforge

Defend Thelsamar

Defend Quel'Thalas Gates.

Alterac Mountains:
The Battle of Darrowmere (Destroy the Horde/Alterac Renegades' base)

Betrayal of Alterac (defeat the treacherous Nation of Alterac and kill Lord Perenolde)

The Prisoners (Destroy as many Horde Cannon Towers as possible and allow X number of prisoner ships to escape)

Endgame:
The Tomb of Sargeras (Defeat Gul'dan, Cho'gall)

Battle of Blackrock Spire (Defeat Warchief Tharbek, Defeat the Dragons)

The Great Portal (Destroy the Great Portal)

The Battle at Crestfall (Destroy Horde Goblin Alchemist Factories to prevent Zeppelins from revealing the Gnomish Submarines before they have the chance to obliterate the Horde navy)

Obviously changes could be made, but this is a basic layout for my idea so far.
