What is it with all these bad maps lately?

There's been no difference really.
You've probably just been looking more.

You can clearly make more heroes with the ROC editor and the description is utter failure.
You're breaking the rules.
Write a longer description and use these BB codes.

Indeed he can.

Guys is a ROC map, dont dream about all what can offer a TFT map

The only thing I've seen that ROC editor can't do that TFT's can is imports, but there are people who have found certain limited ways around this too.
So, that's no reason to say "this map isn't as good as the rest". (which is, even if you don't know it, how that message was most likely interpreted to everybody.)
Also, maybe the use of jass wasn't implemented...I'm not sure on that one though.

I'm going to cry with all these rule breaking maps here
Elaborate more for him perhaps?
I mean, everybody else has by now, but just in the future.
What rules is he breaking and where he can find those rules.

(Well, the ROC editor has less GUI triggers as well, but let's just let that topic rest).

A brief overview of the map:
  • The triggers leak and are inefficient.
  • Poor knowledge of the object editor.
  • Terrain consists out out of blizzard cliffs and unfitting tilesets/doodads.
  • Gameplay isn't any better than Blizzard's warchasers.
  • No custom abilities.
