I'm on vista and i get the .ocx error, any alternative to this dead husk of a program?

and yes it does work fine for vista but there is a black instead of white backround

I have no idea what that was I just installed but it's still not working...

EDIT: After right click/run as administrator I was able to open program.

First you install the libraryfiles.exe look at the first page for the link. Then, after installing, rightclick vertexmodify, click properties, then run it as a compatibility for windows vista, then click the run as administrator, seemed to work for me. (Using windows 8)

Anyone get this to work? Like others, I get the error message that says "Component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid".

Are there any other tools that people are using to re-skin models?
