Can't start VertexModify

Recently i got a new pc and i downloaded VertexModify but when I try to run it I get this error:

What OS (operating system) are you using? Maybe it's not compatible with it. If it supports your system, then try opening the troubleshoot compatibility (rightclick on the program, in the up-popping menu select ''Troubleshoot compatibility'', or however it's called in other systems. If you use a Windows, then select ''it worked on previous versions'' and select Windows XP as version in which it was working.
