i cant use modeling programs

i cant use oinkertools such as animtansfer and vertexmodify it gives me this error
"component 'COMDLG32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid"

did you export the files to a different location? try doing it when all the zipped files are in the same location

The problem is most likely that he is using Vista as it does not have that file per standard.. as far as I know, ofcourse >.<

i have problems with vertexmodify too i fixed it but i sill have black background :S
