While its look good here, the detail if you are planning to make this classic icon lose a lot of detail and the vomit tend to blend the background as well. I read on your other icon and knowing this is free-hand, this icon will fit well on reforged. The vomit is currently look like slime than actually vomit, unless he always spit green.

Yes. I'm not really skilled with drawing water material, I'm not a painter. I was trying to deliver that very dense relatively high-opacity low-translucency-yet-liquid vomit-type look, but I failed, so I ended up making it looking slimy instead. Well I think it does half the job.
