Is there a programs (made by the hive or not) that can allow me to transform my voice to make it like the raynor's one or the kerrigan's one, or like any character of starcraft 2 ?

By transfer I suppose you mean changing the pitch and sample rate to sound more female, more heavy etc. It requires to experiment with a program like Audacity (free) and see what changes make your voice so. But if you ask for a 'click button' insta transfer to Kerrigan, click button, insta transfer to Raynor, there is no such thing.

Say a word raynor says (or a whole sentance). Compare the waves (how are they different) and work on filters to get them most similar. It is important to run a lowpass filter, cause all the professional recordings have no background noise. Remember you can use your vocal cords to alter the sound a bit to compliment filters.

That's possible, I actually seen it once in Discovery Science. They used it for Star Wars Clone Wars cartoon. No matter how your voice sounds, it will still sound exactly as you want it too. So it's completely possible.

Yes in theory you can also build a spaceship but you need hella money, engineers and equipment. OT: While I wouldn't say I can do smth because I watched it on Discovery Science I really loved that Discovery and they removed it, I thought it doesn't exist. The normal one is boring and strangley History acts as the 'science' channel.

I had discovery science for like a month, our cables acess give Discovery as part of standart pacakge, but you can also order other cahnnels for extra monthly pay, but they sometimes make some channels free to check them out. Well, that's how it was with DS.
