Visual Studio 2013

I am looking for a version of Visual Studio 2013 C# to buy for personal use.
I am looking to be able to make windows forms using C#. Not really anything else.

I am hoping to get a couple of recommendations. ( I have used it for about 85 days and my 90 day free trial is ending. )
Can anyone post some links to what they would suggest. Thanks.

Express is for free, but I dont know if it allows to make it, but it should, express of Visual Studio 2008 also allowed making Widnows Forms Applications, we actually even did that in school with C++/CLI

Yeah, just use Express 2013.

If you want to play with forms, may I suggest checking Windows Presentation Foundation (shortly WPF) as well.

Ya I was gonna look into that soon. What is the main difference between windows forms and wpf though.
