Virus sysWOW64?(need help ASAP)

I am freaking out i got this firewall thing that gives me options to allow or block. It doesnt show me the company or version it's name is 12652.exe publisher unknown and its a fat devil icon. Ive gotten simliar ones but dont remember the names...

Any help would be awesome because i am scared!

Have you scanned your computer for viruses with a good updated virus scanner? That filename sounds suspicious.

Crusoe show i have windows live care i scanned it with f secure,windows live one care,and spybot...nothing
Edit ok so far theres only 4 with just a mix of 4 or 5 numbers...

They are all .exe they got no information just some fat little devil icon
