I badly need help with my PC

It's really weird how come I can log in in my YM but not use my web browser to surf the net? maybe my web browser are infected by a virus?

It's possible, but formatting the whole disk will get rid of every virus.

Vercas, I don't get it, for example a virus is attach to my web browser, and I make a back up for it, and when I return it to the reformated PC, the web browser still has the virus attached?

PROBLEM SOLVED

I reformatted my PC (I also made backup for my file) bought a good anti-virus software, deleted all files virus, and here it is my PC working again
