I think its a new model not just a weapon removal... he looks different...

Yup, a weapon removal, if the model looks different its because its the Reing Of Chaos' version. (For ppl that didn't know, this version is avaible in the editor) You should make differents animations and try to attach weapons.

u messed up on update when u tryed to make cape smaller the back of his gloves are now pointed and tilted and his corpse is half removed u might wanna fix that

You might wanna edit this model a bit more cause there seems to be no distinguished features that are diff than the original priest. Oh and WELCOME TO THE HIVEWORKSHOP, and may i suggest to practice some modeling a bit more to improve your model.

Hive's model section is not for this kind of models, if every noob would upload his/hers models Hive would look uglier than a mutated half sheep half fish

Misha, He just scaled down the cape and braces, it looks ugly.
My suggestion, do more edit. I agree this can be done under 2 second.

Idea of weaponsless priest withut cape is goodidea i think, in my opinion the villager model of elf from games is at least bad... Elves are proud nation with magic running trought their weins, i suggest make this one more different, maybe change the shoulderpad (just one) make some cirlet or some simple hat (mgaician looking like) some potions or comething like that by belt and mybe change the animations for the Villager. but thats just my opinion.
