Very simple question - how to restrict purchasing a shop item based on level ?

Basically if the requirement of a shop item is to be at hero level 5 how would I restrict a player from buying that item from the shop until they reach that level ? Thanks!

Unit buys an item
Level of triggering unit less than 5
-Remove bought item
-Give gold back
-Give error message
