In the object editor, find the Call to Arms (Peasant) and edit the following:
Data - Alternate Unit Form (Default is Militia)
Data - Normal Unit Form (Default is Peasant)

Erm there are few simpier ways if you're bad with trrigers. See, you can make it so when unit uses Call To Arms, instead of replacing into B or C immediatelly, you get replaced into special unit D which can be upgraded (morphed?) into B or C.

Or, you can just... you want this to be permament, you can actually use that undead sacriface ability to creat Shade.

You can have same ability (changed name) of the "Call To Arms"
1 for Unit A and 1 for Unit B
The only thing is... it is overlapping each other because it uses same Base Order ID which is supposed to be unique for only 1 type of spell per Base Order ID
If you use Channel, you will not gain the benefits if "Call To Arms" function...
Hmmm...
