Using Anachron's Custom Inventory

Can anyone help me setup this system in my map? I have a hero selection system and I'm not sure how to integrate it with his system.

With your skills right now I think its just impossible, because its a very big system written in vJass and its not easy to customize.

Actually I don't really wanna customize it too much, and I understand how to work most of it to my needs. What I don't know how to do is create it for the unit that is selected by each player when the units are not already preplaced in the game. I need someone to tell me how to do this or open my map and make the changes so I can learn and see how to do it.
