Using a 8x8 texture for particles

It's fairly simple. When editing the particle emitter, go down to rows and columns and put in the correct amounts. This makes the emitter only use a certain part of the texture. To switch between parts, such as in fire particles, go to head life span and head decay and put in the numbers you want it to use.

Experiment and you'll figure it out.
