Use of Low Violence Models

Is it possible to use LV models or at least some of them on non-Perfect World servers? I mean I love seeing blood and all that gory shit, but look at some of those LV models. They're a lot better than the "violent" ones. Or.. are they at least available for use in modding dota 2?
You can open the .vpk files with this program: Gcfscape if you need to.
(Open .pak01_dir.vpk located in the dota folder).

To get the low violence models, I assume you have to be in a country playing on the Perfect World servers, as they're not in the .vpk for non-violence versions. So you might want to have a friend extract them for you or such.
