Upgrade Unavailability

I am trying to add a mechanism to my map that when you research 1 tech/upgrade you cant research the other 2 techs, Suggestions/Help?

Trigger that on research finished event and the researched upgrade was the upgrade, disables the availability for the other 2 upgrades for the owner of triggering unit. There is an action to do this. There are also actions to do this for training/building units and casting abilities.

Under "Player" there is no "Set availability for upgrade" there is only "Set Training/Construction Availability of Unit". Which is what I was/am stuck on

• Player - Set the max research level of Defend to 0 for Player 1 (Red)
