[Trigger] Update Triggered Incinerate by AGD

Hi all,

I wanted to use AGD's Triggered Incinerate in my map, but it seems to be severly out of date:

For example, if you use it in conjuction with the newest Damage Engine, your hero deals 3 damage instances in 1 attack. And the stacked damage is also not correctly calculated.

Could anyone please update this to make it work properly with the newest Damage Engine? Damage Engine 5.7.1.2

Also, 3 custom changes if possible:
  1. Remove the "mechanical", "illusion", "organic" etc target filter - I don't need it in my map
  2. Make Illusions NOT able to use the triggered Incinerate
  3. Add an undispellable debuff (for example via Slow Aura) to the victim that goes away when the stacks fade
