Unmercy Balls

Well I know I'm not very active at hiveworkshop.com but I want to introduce my map here caus I need some replies, ideas and your opinion about this map ;)



The Game

It's a map, made for 6 players.
Each player can choose between 3 Battlefields.

Currently there are 6 heroes:

The Knight
The Acolyte
The Zombie
The Shadow
The Talon
and the Grunt

The knight:
Speed: Fast
Attackpower: 26
HP: 900
Ability: Stormbolt and Armor-Aura (which increases his armor all along)


The acolyte:
Speed: Normal
Attackpower: 25
HP: 900
Ability: Cripple


The zombie:
Speed: Normal
Attackpower: 26
HP: 900
Ability: Zombiebite and Drain Life


The Shadow:
Speed: Normal
Attackpower: 25
HP: 900
Ability: Shadowmove (blink) and Morph


The Talon:
Speed: Slow
Attackpower: 26
HP: 950
Ability: Windwalk and Call of the Wild (Transforms the Talon into a very strong but slow bear)


The Grunt:
Speed: Very Slow
Attackpower: 27
HP: 950
Ability: Bloodlust



How to play this game?

After choosing the Battlefield and your Hero you have to attack one of the balls to hit the other players. The received dmg depends on the "speed" of the ball.. so If you attack a ball infront of an enemy, he will take more dmg then in a large distance.
The balls are bouncing!! this means that they will change the direction if you hit an enemy or hit the wall.

There are 4 balls and 5 special balls.


The special balls are:

• The golden chicken (lol a yellow chicken which creates hundred of small white chickens (they deal also dmg))

• Astralball (a Ball which absorbs Mana)
• The Holy Handgrenade ( Explodes when it stands still, dealing aoe dmg and slows all units within range of this ball)
• Blue Ball (buy this ball at Mediev, the ball keeps going for 30seconds with the same speed dealing 150dmg to each unit which comes to close)

• And the Very very unmercy balls (you need 300 mana to summmon this ball. After summoning you will be invulnerable against everything but you can't move.. The ball will bounce 15seconds with an incredible speed... dealing a lot of dmg ....its IMBA o_O)

These specialballs (except the Blueball and the Very Very unmercy ball) are randomly summoned after some time.


How to win/loose?:

Depends on the Host:
The Host can set the gamemode (Last man standing or Killing mode)

Last man standing:
I think it's clear what this means.

Killing mode
The host set the amount of kills for a win. When someone has reached the killlimit he/she wins the game and the next round starts

*Updated*

From 1f to 2a:

• added campaign mode [Not finished yet 3/10 bosses done]
• added priest
• added many bosses
• added some items
• balanced some spells
• removed the spell "summon very unmercy ball"
• added unmercy ball item
• added new arenas
• changed the Ballspeed and Dmg system (Now the balls wont be so fast with more attackdmg but the dmg you receive is now increased)
• removed 1 rare bug (by choosing no unit ~.~)
• changed the speed of the units

Plz give some comments.. What do you like? What do you dislike? What could be better?

Well it's plenty of Work.. I made just 3 out of 10 bosses and I'll rework them caus I'm not happy with their current attacks. So I've decided to deactivate this gamemode.
I just updated the game caus i changed the movement trigger and the dmg trigger also I've added some items and changed some abilities.

*Update*

•changed the gold income (now there spawn more goldcoins in the arena)
•changed the movementspeed of the grunt and the talon
•changed the ballspeed (Now the game is a bit faster^^)

New changes:

From version 2a to 3a

• added a totally new bouncing system
• changed the Hotkeys and description of the spells
• changed Holy Handgrenade effects
• replaced arena2
• new revive system (now the units won't loose their items)
• removed 1 bug
• changed gold costs
• added new shops and items
• changed Dmg effekts
• removed Arena3 and added a new Arena
• removed "The Golden chicken"
• added "Ghosts" in "Last man standing" mode (see below)


The Ghost

The ghost is an invulnerable unit which you get when you lost all your lifes in "Last man standing" mode.

Abilities:
•Deathcoil
•Magic amplifier
•Drain Life and Drain Mana

New shops

• The Weaponsmith:
He sells some items which increases your stats:

• Mojo of Life +150 HP
• Sobimask + 50% manareg
• Boots of Speed
• Staff of Silence +50 MP and the ability to silence the enemies
• Goblinprotector Protects you for 5 seconds


• The Shop for Ball enchantments
This shop sells items which can buff a ball. These buffs have different effects, depending on the item you bought.

• Ball enchanment-Bomb (Vanishes the ball from this dimension for 10seconds. After these seconds the ball comes back, throwing the ball in a random direction and dealing alot of dmg (it's based on the spell "Vanish"))


New Arenas

I've changed all arenas a bit since last version.

This sounds cool, and gameplay looks like an old map i once played, wich i really enjoyed, just cant remmember name though >.<

Good job, have a rep (i feel kinda reppy today xD)

Well maybe it was Speedball ;) got the idea from this map.. also I've added Phantom[!C] to the credits caus he made speedball

I've found a bug.. the total amount of the games = 3.. but the "win trigger" starts when Match #4 has started lol ^^
