Units having upgrades even after obtaining them

My custom spawning pool has andrenal glands, Obverse Incubation (or something like that, it's a hidden ability), and a few others. Obverse Incubation and Andrenal Glands stay there even after upgrading them. Metabolic boost stays the same.

Make some requirements for them, so they'll disappear once they're researched. (Check other research requirements if you need an example how.)
