Unit with bridge/ramp skin disappears

Hello, in my map I have a unit that has the skin of a bridge or ramp. It is a sports map so there is a flat field, but for most of the map it is ok, except when he goes to the top right portion then he goes underground or something. Here's an example:

I am trying to figure out how do I make it always remain in one height? I dont have any triggers or regions that could possibly affect it. and it only does this with certain destructibles or doodads, others are fine.

Also, the way that he moves, if that has any effect, is he gets constantly removed and recreated stapled to the hero. He never actually walks. Thank you!

could It be the animation?
