honestly I hate the game undertale. I just wonder why people are so defensive of the game and love it so much

it forces you to play the game as a good guy... so what if you want to be evil. the ultimate evil! they think they can be evil! !!!! I'll show them true evil Mwahahaha!

only it doesn't allow you to do that

the game basically makes you a slave

I've heard the game has a good story, regardless how crappy the graphics are. I don't know, I think a good story isn't worth the money for such a bad graphics. Really, I mean, we can play a lot of NES/SNES games with awesome stories for free, why would we pay for Undertale then? They didn't put love in the game imo.

The major problem was the fanbase ruining it.

I never got into it when it first came out, i was busy with other things. And then the fan community ruined any enjoyment i could ever get out of it.

Still havent played it, But it was probably not a big loss

I might be biased (see avatar)
But the game literally allows you to go genocide and kill every single monster.
It does not force you to be good at all.
Game has a ton of different endings, although all the neutral endings is very similar.


Also, people who dislike single player games because other people like them (see fanbase) is hipsters and everything that is wrong with the internet.

yes but in order to be genocide you have to actually kill everything. literally mining places in order to stop the spawning of monsters and reenter areas over and over until encounters stop appearing.

Well, that is kinda the point. It is a commentary on game that force you to farm, and objectifying people, treating them like things.
