I guess everyone has to make at least one underwater terrain... so here's mine.

I'll be blunt.
For you, this sucks. Way off your standard. In general the picture is just.. doesn't make any sense, it goes from peaceful sort of fog way to a kind of lightspam up there, the doodads look sort of repetitive and everything about it sort of generates that "meh" thing.
It's good enough as a terrain, but even then it's only about average-good.

Appearantly Belg, you havnt been too much under water before. This is rather stunningly good made in my opinion. The fog doesnt fade out, which it doesnt to underwater, the doodad placement is lovely, I love that shark in the background. I just simply love it. GREAT job Void ^^

Okay, real criticism: it's good and very underwatery. HOWEVER it does have bad bits ie. the placement of the weeds that don't really look like underwater, is a tad too much, I can count about thirty in a few seconds :<. (and they look pretty much exactly the same.) The rocks etc are good, but then the stretched texture sort of kills it at bits, and there's a part of the terrain where you haven't lowered the light into the ground properly, or screwed up somehow, it's right down under the path, sandsandsandbluestuff. And then my two least favourite parts:
1. the weed right in the camera, you tell people not to do that you hypocrite :p
2. the lights up top left. The overgo is too sharp. Too extreme. Even for underwater.

Just my (proper) thoughts.

its really good void, but it's not even close to your best. make the shark eithier stand out a lot more, or make it an eerie shadow in the backround. i tihnk that would add.

Well the weeds are kelp... there tend to be shitloads of them underwater. Like even more than I have here.
 
I'M GONNA HAVE A HUGE SPAZ AT YOU RIGHT NOW:

Kelp is:
1. found on beaches when it is washed in by the tide
2. it is attached to rocks, and floats near the surface of the water
3. it is thick and fat and usually of a blackish-greenish colour
4. you can make bags with it (bet you didn't know that)
5. it has a membrane of sorts to keep moisture outside, it's like a beehive
6. I DID ABOUT 6 FULL DAYS OF WORK ON IT AND IT WAS BORING. WE BURIED IT IN SAND, WE DRIED IT, WE BURNT IT, WE DID A REPORT. ZZZ.

BTW the first criteria was when I was half asleep, which I just remembered, I THOUGHT I was doing that, but then I was going dhrurururuu and dribbling out of my mouth.
