UMSWE not working?

I recently downloaded the newest NewGen pack, and whenever I start it up and try to enable UMSWE i get an error message saying "Cannot start plugin". Even though I get the error, it shows that UMSWE is checked, although it wont activate when I restart the editor. I need this addon to work for my custom tile pathability, any help fixing UMSWE?

UMSWE works fine, do you have the 1.24 patch?

Hmm, I tried updating to 1.24 on westfall but I still get the same UMSWE error, "Cannot start plugin". Any more suggestions?
