Ultimate Flame Strike

To put it simply, I'm trying to make a spell, called Ultimate Flame Strike, which is basically the normal flamestrike, except it spawns more flamestrikes around the original flamestrike and more around the spawned ones in a circle, going outwards from the center of the circle. I guess this is possible through modelling, but I can't model.
 
Just request the spell in the request's forum. It can probably be done in GUI but I'm not sure how.
It doesn't require model editing.
