To light, darken it a bit, and use a bit more shaded texture.

Also, i think your style of models.. is a bit non-usefull in Wc3. Anyways, theyr good anyways.

Don't you this 850 polygons is a bit to detailed? omg.
most Warcraft 3 heroes don't go higher then 700 polygons.
(unless some .... the biggest ones or with some effects like the dreadlord.)

That would need another layer(that goes back)that increases poly counts

I will try to my best to cut poly and add shadings.. Anyway, I think there's shading in-game

Well, Rib, you have done it again. You always tend to make the poly count ridiculously high. Although, I congratulate you on the fact that it is the first musical instrument the Hive has ever seen. (With the exception of war drums and rocking Arthas.) But, until you reduce the poly count to 200 or less, this will never be approved. Attachments simply do not have the poly count of buildings. A bit useless. But that doesn't make to much of a difference to the quality.
