Troll Pirate

Hmmmm... Well, I was in gym class about a week ago, and I borrowed a piece of paper and a pen and started doodling.

This is what about 6 minutes of doodling amounted to.
It's a pretty defined concept of a troll pirate I intend to model sometime soon.

I'm posting it here to get feedback, I'd like to know what could be made better, and to hear suggestions.

Please, no OMFGLOLOL U CANT DRAW.

Here's a little something i did about an hour after posting this... Looks like i like drawing trolls -.-

The waist cape thing should seperate lower down. Right now it looks like some sort of pair of wings.
